Melissa Malaga

Melissa Haddad Malaga started her career in the restaurant business as the daughter of the mother-daughter team at Maxwell’s Chophouse in South Florida for over 14 years.  She returned to graduate school and received her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania.  After graduate school, she worked within her family's business handling all of their insurance needs, while also being a mom to three. Her career continued and she opened a Therapeutic Educational Consultant Practice, where she works with families to help find programs and therapeutic schools for their loved ones. Melissa currently sits on the advisory board of Sweet Dream Makers, a 501©(3).  Additionally, she mentors graduate students at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice.
