Hi, I’m Ginny! I’m the founder of WeStand, a community for social impact entrepreneurs. We're running a Productivity Accelerator—a series of group workshops to help entrepreneurs make a bigger impact without feeling as overwhelmed or dropping the ball on key relationships.

I’ve been focused on the psychology of peak performance, life management systems, and their intersection with social impact for six years. After building impact-driven businesses and burning out multiple times (including a few ER visits), I realized the need for a system that helps entrepreneurs thrive without sacrificing their well-being.

My work is grounded in insights from 170+ interviews, Human and Organizational Development studies at Vanderbilt University, and years of refining productivity systems. I’m dedicated to helping social impact entrepreneurs unlock their full potential, drive positive change, and avoid the burnout that so often hinders their success.

When I’m not working on WeStand, I’m dancing, meditating, hiking, or watching standup comedy!
