Connor Breza

Connor Breza is a 28 year old attorney located in New Jersey practicing in the Health Care, Tax, and Corporate groups at the law firm Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti.  In his practice as an attorney, Connor advises individuals and other corporate entities engaging in complex business arrangements such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, as well as the formation of 501(c)(3) non-profit entities.  Connor grew up in Westfield, New Jersey and completed his undergraduate and law school education at Seton Hall University. He now lives with his wife Brittany and two cats, Abu and Thumbelina, in Florham Park, New Jersey.  In addition to his passion for his work and family, Connor loves the outdoors and enjoys frequent hikes and fishing trips.  As a young professional early in his career, Connor's personal and legal background make him uniquely equipped to advise on novel business issues with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility and serve as a Mentor for our fellows.
