Connor Breza

Connor Breza is a 30-year-old attorney located in New Jersey acting as an Associate Director, Associate Compliance Counsel for Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc providing compliance counsel to Otsuka’s Market Access, Government Affairs, Pricing, and Finance functions.  Prior to joining Otsuka, Connor represented healthcare and pharmaceutical industry clients in mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions and advised on complex regulatory schemes.

Connor is the proud father of identical twin boys, Jace and Josh, and owns his home in Garwood, New Jersey in a wonderfully full multi-generational household with my wife Brittany, who is a South African immigrant, and their sons (who will be dual citizens), both of their mothers who generously help us with childcare for the boys (when his mother in law is not in South Africa), and their two cats and two dogs.

Outside of the time Connor enjoys with his family, Connor serves as a Board Member on the Board of Trustees of the non-profit EDGE New Jersey which provides social services to at risk populations in New Jersey with a focus on the LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS positive community. Connor also enjoys running races and is working toward running the New York City Marathon and other longer races over the coming years.

Connor's personal and legal background make him uniquely equipped to advise on novel business issues with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility and serve as a Mentor for our fellows.
